Bronx Beverages generally does not directly receive or retain complete payment-card numbers or card security codes when payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Payment providers process information according to their own agreements and privacy policies.

When you download or use the Bronx Beverages mobile application, Google, Apple, Wix, the app marketplace, the device manufacturer, the operating-system provider, and related service providers may independently collect information such as:

Information disclosed in a Google Play Data Safety section, Apple privacy label, app-store listing, permission request, or in-app notice is intended to supplement this Privacy Policy. In the event of a material inconsistency, please contact Bronx Beverages so the disclosure can be investigated and corrected.

 

10. MOBILE APPLICATION PERMISSIONS

The Bronx Beverages application may request permission to access certain device functions. Permissions will depend on the app’s available features and configuration.

  2. Email webmaster.antantbeverageinc@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

The request should include:

  • Your name;

  • The email address associated with the account;

  • The telephone number associated with the account, if applicable; and

  • A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your Bronx Beverages account and associated personal information.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person making the request is the account holder or is authorized to act for the account holder.

Following verification, we will delete or deidentify the account and associated personal information, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain. Merely disabling or freezing an account will not be treated as completion of a verified deletion request when applicable law or app-marketplace rules require deletion.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete an existing order;

  • Process a refund or chargeback;

  • Maintain transaction, tax, or accounting records;

  • Detect or prevent fraud;

  • Protect security;

  • Comply with legal obligations;

  • Maintain an opt-out or suppression record;

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Deletion of an account may permanently remove order history, saved preferences, addresses, loyalty information, and other account content. Deleted information may not be recoverable.
